USE.

This Website is provided solely to assist customers with a great travel experience via service providers (flight, accommodation, tour operators, transportation, etc), and booking tours and accommodation worldwide and for no other purposes. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Ladybug Travel” refers to a sole trader company registered as Nali Concepts in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago that trades as Ladybug Travel, which operates the Website www.ladybugconcepts.com. The term “you” refers to the
individual or client visiting this Website and/or contributing content on this Website.


This Website is offered to you on the condition of your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy as well as the Terms of Use set forth below. 

 

Please read the Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website.


We may change or otherwise modify the Agreement in the future, and you understand and agree that your continued access or use of this Website after such change signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement. We will publish the date that revisions were last made to the Agreement at the bottom of this page, and any revisions will take effect upon posting. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement.

PRODUCTS AND BOOKING RESERVATIONS.

By booking a reservation for a service through the Website, you acknowledge that you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, use this Website, book the Service and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the booking functionality of this Website to make only legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, and any user who attempts such a reservation may have his or her Ladybug Travel account terminated.


Ladybug Travel is not a travel agency and does not own transportation services, accommodations, tours, excursions or other travel experiences. Although Ladybug Travel displays information about travel experiences offered by third-party suppliers and facilitates reservations those suppliers, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute Ladybug Travel’s sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers, or any affiliation between Ladybug Travel and third-party suppliers. Although Ladybug Travel members may rate and review particular travel experiences based on their own experiences, Ladybug Travel does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third-party suppliers. You agree that Ladybug Travel is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information it obtains from third-party suppliers and displays on its Website.


If you book a reservation for a travel experience through the Website, you agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the supplier’s travel experience. Your interactions with third-party suppliers are at your own risk. Ladybug Travel will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third-party suppliers.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY.

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, Ladybug Travel reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked at this Website, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a refund based on the cancellation/refund policy of the service provider. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance by our suppliers and/or service providers of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour,
experience, product, accommodation or event, Ladybug Travel will make every reasonable effort to notify you - the client, in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.


Unless specifically stated for a tour, experience, accommodation, flight or any other purchase on this website, the following cancellation and refund policy via the service provider will apply:

  • Cancellations made before 72 hours prior to the event incur a 40% processing fee.

  • Cancellations made between 72 to 48 hours prior to the event incur a 50% fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event incur the full fee.

SUBMISSION
OF REVIEWS

By submitting a review, you certify that the review is based on your own experience and is your genuine opinion of the destination, hotel, tour or event and that you have no personal or business relationship with the destination owner, hotel owner, tour operator or event organizer, and have not been offered any incentive or payment originating from the destination owner, hotel owner, tour operator or event organizer to write this review. Further, you certify that you are not affiliated or related to a competitor that might bias your review. I understand that Ladybug Travel has a zero-tolerance policy on fake reviews and reserves the right to unpublish, hide, remove or delete any review submitted at its own discretion.

We try to provide helpful and accurate information on the Website, but we make no endorsement, representation or warranty of any kind about any information, services or recommendations made available through Ladybug Travel. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, effectiveness, or correct use of information you receive through Ladybug Travel. If you rely on any information provided by or through Ladybug Travel, you do so solely at your own risk.

How long We Retain of Your Personal Information

  • The right to erasure – you have the right to request that we delete your data. We will do so, provided that we do not have a compelling reason for keeping it. To request this, please email travel@ladybugconcepts.com
     

  • The right to restrict processing– you can change your communication preferences (therefore restricting how we communicate with you) by contacting us.   • The right to data portability– you can obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services. To request this, please email travel@ladybugconcepts.com.
     

  • The right to object– you have the right to object to: 

    • a) Direct marketing from the Caribbean Telecommunications Union or from third parties we have shared your data with for direct marketing purposes. You can opt-out of direct marketing anytime by contacting us. There will also be instructions on how to unsubscribe included in any direct marketing message that we send to you.

Service Providers

We employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Website (“Service Providers”), to provide our Website on our behalf, to perform Website-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Website is used. These third parties have access to
your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

  • You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Payments processors
We provide paid products and/or services on our Website. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. PayPal). 


We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards
set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Advertising
Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to Users based on their visit to our Site and other sites on the Internet. DART uses “non-personally identifiable information” and does NOT track personal
information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. You may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy at http://www.google.com/privacy_ads.html.

Compliance with children’s online privacy protection act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
